To provide employers across Western New York timely, efficient, and effective 401(k) and other retirement plan services.
Pension Services of Western New York, Inc. was formed in early 1995, by the merger of Theresa M. Renkas of Pension Enterprises, Inc. and Lawrence M. Kavanaugh, Jr. CLU, ChFC, a Registered Principal of LaSalle Street Securities, LLC. For over 10 years Pension Services of Western New York has been delivering customer solutions to throughout upstate New York.
Professional Profiles
With over 25 years of experience as a Retirement Plan Administrator, Terry pioneered utilizing comparability allocations and electronic filing of 5500 forms. She manages the administrative division of PSWNY, specializing in designing qualified retirement plans, including Defined Benefits Plans and Compliance with all coverage and non-discrimination testing. She is an associate member with the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and National Institute of Pension Administrators.
With over 20 years of experience in the pension service industry, Larry is an experienced financial service professional and manages the sales and marketing team as well as being instrumental in developing the “Five-Part Approach” to Qualified Retirement Plans.
As Senior representative, Ed’s primary focus within PSWNY is sales and consulting for Qualified Retirement Plans and Employee Benefit programs. He holds a security license in Series 6, Series 63 and Life Insurance. Email: E.Riedel@pswny.com
Since 1983 , Jim holds a securities licenses in Series 6, 7, 63 and is a Registered Investment Advisor with an NASD license in Series 65. Jim earned the Chartered Life Underwriter designation through the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA.
