sized employers. We can study your employee census and design
an unique plan that is sure to appeal to employers and
employees alike.
Our fee for service
is only $350 if you submit electronically. If paper, add $5.00
per person on your census. Either way, if you elect to use our
service, we will credit your company half the fee (up to $175)
toward the first year’s annual administrative charge.

In order to complete your study we
will need the following items:
A copy of your plan(s). For
prototype plans, we only need the Adoption Agreement
A copy of your recent
non-discrimination test. Include the 401(k) test if your plan
is a 401(k).
Census
information regarding your employees. You can click

an Excel file complete with instructions.
Calculate your fee. All fees
must be paid in advance.
